I started my job hunt today. I was preparing my resume and found out the following:
I don't have any work experience before.
I don't have any referees.
I didn't involved in any sports games before.
I don't have flying colours results. Not in secondary school, and definitely not in uni.
And I don't meet all the skills requirements that the employer wants.
It's all empty columns in my resume. I have nothing to fill in.
I just wonder how could everyone has great results? I mean EVERYONE. Look, if someone took the first place in a class of size N, then there are only second and consequent (N-1) places left. And definitely there will be someone who is going to take the last place.
This makes me think why the world looks at result so seriously. Is a 10As student really a good child?
I don't think results says all about a person. Surely no.
